Obituary of Richard George GREEN

GREEN, Richard George August 22, 1933 – May 27, 2017 On Saturday, May 27, 2017 Mr. George Green of Gleichen, Alberta passed away peacefully at the Strathmore Hospital, he was 83 years of age. George is survived by his four children, Bill (Louise) of Cheadle, Jim (Nancy) of Strathmore, Joyce (Gord) of Indus, Art (Paula) of Carseland; five grandchildren; three great grandchildren; two siblings, Juanita and Stan (Gwen); as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. George was predeceased by his loving wife, Jane in 2009; parents, Stan and Jocelyn; and two brothers, Art and Bob. A celebration of George’s life will be held on Saturday, June 3, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at Wheatland Funeral Chapel, 202 Lakeside Blvd.,Strathmore.
