Obituary of Stewart Arthur John Enns

Stewart Arthur John Enns was born December 20, 1976, in Whitehorse, Yukon and passed suddenly near Didsbury, Alberta, November 6, 2019. He spent the majority of his childhood and adulthood moving around the Yukon, Alberta, Ontario, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia and Texas. He was an Electrician by trade but spent the majority of his career as a pipeline inspector for Onstream Pipeline. Through this work he was privileged to see many parts of Canada and the United States. His greatest joy and accomplishment were his children, Nate and Jack Enns (sons to Erin Cochrane). Stewart also helped foster their sense of adventure and visited many places with them, creating many fond memories. Two years ago his step-son Brodey (son to Erin Bernard) came into his life and the adventures continued. The boys will always cherish those memories.

As a hard worker and a kind helper he touched many people’s life. His closet friend Scott Sinclair stated that he had an old-time soul, and that couldn’t be more true. His values of respect and hard work echoed that.

Other than his children he is also survived by his brother David (Kelly) Enns and , their children Nikkii, Wesley and Mitchell; his sister Katherine and her children Victoria and Steven; and many cousins, aunts and uncles from across the country.

A memorial service will be held on Thursday, December 12, 2019 at Lord of All Lutheran Church (Strathmore) at 2:00 p.m.
