Obituary of Darcie Judith Edye

Darcie was born June 3, 2001 in Grande Prairie, Alberta.  Dad’s work took her to so many places which include Grande Prairie, Thunder Bay, Quesnel, and Calgary.

Wherever Darcie has been, she has left a path of love.  Her smile would light up any room, her laughter so infectious and genuine.  She has overcome the tallest of mountains with her strength and determination.  She has taught us so much about life, about love and about what really matters in life.

As her friend Alex has said the best… “Darcie, rest easy, now your job is done, but the lessons you taught will live on in those whose lives you have touched.” 

She was her Daddy’s little girl, her Momma’s world & her brothers beautiful baby sister.

She will be sadly missed by her Mom & Dad, Shelagh & Kelly, her brothers Leyton (Katrina) & Brandon.

Her Grandparents Bryan & Judy Lapohn, Elaine McCrindle and many Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and Friends.

She is predeceased by her Grandpa Gary McCrindle and her Cousin Bradley Edye.
