I remember Holly well from high school and when her and LaRue ran the concession at the arena. She was so special and always smiling. We had lots of fun.

I met her last year for the first time, Holly & Boyd met us at our legion then we went to our campsite and spent some time together..We had lots of laughs...I have known Boyd since I was young, sorta grew up together...But just got to know Holly..I was so sadden by this,as we was going to get together again this year...Holly you was a great lady...glad I met you...Embrace your new journey in life...God has gotten another rose...for his garden...Our condolences to Boyd and all the family/friends...xoxooxo

So sad to hear of Holly’s passing. She was such a cheerful, kind, loving person and had a way of making everyone feel like they were special. I will always remember how she made me feel better on my first day of school by letting me sit with her at the back of the school bus with the older kids.

We would like to pass on our condolences to the Schafer and Verweire families. Holly was a very special lady and like a second mother to all of Chrit, Adam, and Zach's friends.
