Obituary of Hilda June ZELINSKY

ZELINSKY, Hilda June 8, 1951 – November 15, 2015 Hilda was born in Winkler, Manitoba to Agnes and Abram Nickel. She passed in the Strathmore Hospital at the age of 64 years after a short but valiant fight with cancer. Hilda is predeceased by her parents and one brother, John Aldin Nickel. She will be dearly missed by her husband and dear love, Chip Zelinsky. She is also survived by her two children, Sierra and Steven (Amber); step-children, Andrea (Andy), Alex (Jen), and Monica (JR); grandchildren, Jessica and Nona; step-grandchildren, Drayson, Garrett, Austin, Bayden, Tia, Katie and Owen; one great-grandchild, Peyton; 4 sisters; 8 brothers; many, many nieces and nephews and their families; and her extensive Sobeys family. Hilda enjoyed her garden, cooking and her new found love of fishing and home renovations she did with Chip. We are all privileged to have had Hilda in our lives and she will always be remembered for her loving heart and will be dearly missed by all who knew her. A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, November 22, 2015 at Lord of All Lutheran Church (Strathmore) from 2:00 p.m to 4:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers donations may be made directly to the Alberta Lung Association (P.O.
