Obituary of Judith Anne MERKEL

MERKEL, Judith Anne Judy Merkel died unexpectedly in Calgary, AB on June 12th 2015 at the age of 60 years. Judy is survived by her parents, Art and Connie Merkel; her children: Dennis Merkel, Keith Merkel and Connie Bergen; her siblings: brothers Jim and Mike Merkel, sisters Debbie Kiemeny, Carol Jameison and Val Seabourne. Her family remember her as a kind and gentle mother and sister who will be forever missed. Judy did work for many years for Strathmore High and Junior High as a custodian. She was a generous individual who loved flowers, crocheting and who was passionate about her family. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 17, 2015 at Hope Community Covenant Church (245 Brent Blvd., Strathmore) at 11:00 a.m. with a reception to follow. Pastor Glenn Peterson officiant.
