Obituary of Billy Bell

 

William (Billy) James Bell passed away unexpectedly on July 1st 2022 at the age of 43.

 

Billy was born January 1^st, 1979 in Lethbridge, Alberta to parents, William (Bill) Herold Bell and Janet (Jan) Louise Bell (Neufeld). In 1991 Bill and Jan moved to Strathmore with their three children Josie, Valerie, and Billy.

 

When Billy was just barely a teenager, he would often tell his older sister Valerie that one day he was going to marry one of her friends. In 2001 Billy reconnected with one of Valerie's friends Celina, and on August 8^th, 2009 Billy and Celina married and combined their beautiful, blended family.

Billy was famous for saying "There was this one time when I was 13 and Celina wouldn't date me."

 

Billy was a loving husband, father, son, and brother. He would always help anyone he knew and did so without hesitation. Even though Billy was quiet and kept to himself, he touched the hearts of everyone around him, including the Stella-Jones family where he worked at the time of his passing. 

 

Billy is survived by his wife, Celina and their children, Damion, Illora, and Hailey. He is also survived by his mom, Jan; two sisters, Josie (Gabriel and Jamie) and Valerie (Ian, Brooklyn, and Dakota).

 

Billy is predeceased by his dad, Bill and niece Billie.

 

A cremation has taken place as per Billy’s wishes and a Celebration of Life with invited guests will be held at a later date.
