Obituary of Joanne Page
It is with deep sorrow and much love that we mourn the passing of Joanne Elizabeth Page of Strathmore, Alberta on July 26, 2022 at the age of 62 years.
She will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 43 years, Angelo; son, Rico (Yogeeta) and daughter, Melissa (Garret), six grandchildren, Justice, Amisha, Daemon, Allison, Crimzon and Jaxon; mother, Doreen; three sisters, Brenda, Louise and Laura; three brothers, Allan, Brian and Michael; as well as many nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her father, Frederick and grandson, Trey.
Joanne was born in Grand Falls, New Brunswick in 1959 and had a life full of love and friendship. She was fun-loving and brought positivity and joy to those she touched. She was strong-willed and hard working, loved animals and kept a vibrant garden. Her friendships endured decades, and above all things she was fiercely proud of her grandchildren.
Friends and family are invited to attend a memorial service at Wheatland Funeral Home, 202 Lakeside Boulevard in Strathmore on Saturday, August 13, 2022 at 11:00 AM.
In lieu of flowers, If friends so desire, donations in Joan's name may be made to the Alberta Cancer Foundation - www.albertacancer.ca.
