Obituary of Jean Ellen Bizot

Jean Ellen Bizot, passed away peacefully on April 13, 2023, surrounded by her family at the age of 75 years.

Jean is survived by her three children: Gerald, Robert (Kris), and Sandy (Allen). Her grandchildren Mykel (Nikki), Natasha (Ben) and her great grand daughter Aaliyah and her step father Dennis McGuire. Jean is also survived by her two sisters, Pat, and Donna. Her nieces and nephews Ken (Tara) and their children Cavina, Calisya, Trinity, and Corbyn, Scott (Jamie), their children Alexander and Izabelle, Nicole (Jason), Sonya (Don), Margie, Karen, Terry and Kevin and her sister in law Ria (John Paul). As well as numerous cousins and family members.

Jean is predeceased by her husband of 48 years, Jerry Sr. Her father and mother Earl and Lillian, her in-laws Jerry and Elizabeth, her brother-in-law Jack, and his wife Dot, as well as her nephew Kane and brother in law Carl.

Jean was extremely community orientated and was involved in many different organizations and groups throughout the community of Strathmore. She was a leader with Boy Scouts Canada, and the Strathmore branch. She was a face with the Junior Forest Wardens, the Strathmore Fire Department and widely known within the community as the one and only Mrs. Clause. Jean enjoyed her work at the Strathmore Co-op in the Kiddie Corral and the time that she spent with the children.

She always greeted people with a warm smile and kind words. Jean always accepted everyone for who they were, without judgement.

Jean will forever be loved, missed, and honored by her family, friends and all that knew her.
