Obituary of Elsie Morrow
It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved mother and grandmother, Elsie Morrow (Basbelle) at Sagewood AgeCare, Strathmore, Alberta. She passed away peacefully dreaming of reuniting with her mother, father, son, and many loved ones. Elsie will be greatly missed by her daughters Carol, Betty (Brian), June (Fred), and Patricia, her sons Carl (Irene), Wayne (Cindy) and Micheal and her sister Joyce, as well as numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her son Dennis, sisters June and Elizabeth and brothers Carl and Charlie.
Elsie was passionate about everything she did, which included knitting, crocheting, and cooking. Her greatest joy was her family and being surrounded by them. We will miss her kind heart and wonderful sense of humour. A light has gone out of our lives, but the love you gave will shine forever.
