Obituary of Ronald Alan McKINNON

McKINNON, Ronald Alan Born in the family farmhouse on April 22, in the blizzard of ’32, Ronnie joined his Lord and Saviour on January 21, 2013 at home in the arms of his family. He loved us all, built the home we lived in and we will forever be guided by the things he taught us and his relationship with the Lord. Ron is survived and always missed by his loving wife, caregiver, and best friend, Elaine; children Shirley (Rick) Schmold, Marlene McKinnon, and Graham (Bev) McKinnon; grandchildren Lee, Scott (Nikki), and Lynne Schmold, Gina, Emily, and Reid McKinnon; sister Kay Walker and her family in Ottawa; and sister-in-law Muriel McKinnon and her family in Carseland. He was predeceased by his parents Don and Kay McKinnon, brother Keith McKinnon in 2001, and sister Helen Cole in 2003.
