Obituary of Christina Hally McHENRY

McHENRY, Christina Hally Christina Hally McHenry passed away on Monday, January 7, 2013 at the age of 77 years. She was born on March 5, 1935 in Nipawin, Saskatchewan and lived in Calgary, Alberta with her husband, Robert Thomas McHenry, for 38 years raising their two children. They retired to the village of Carmangay until Robert’s passing in 1998. Christina moved back to Calgary and resided at Monterey Place where she was very well liked and had many friends with both staff and residents. She enjoyed playing cards and visiting with friends and family. Christina had health struggles which become increasingly difficult over the past couple of years and months. She will be missed and always remembered by everyone that knew her. She is survived by her children; Leo (Donna) McHenry and Shannon (Josh) Winters; two grandchildren Devin & Max; Donna’s grandson, Donavan; and siblings, Edna (Wally) Hutchison, Chester Munford, and Mona McDuff, all of British Columbia, and Linda Dickinson of Calgary, Alberta.
