Obituary of Kathryn Beryl DESJARDINE

DESJARDINE, Beryl On January 4, 2013 Beryl Desjardine passed away peacefully at the Meadowlark Care Home in Strathmore at the age of 92 years. She is lovingly remembered by her two daughters Cheryl (Rusty) Gordon of Cluny, AB, and Barbara (John) Waddell of Cochrane, AB; four grandchildren Marty (Edna) Gordon, Twyla (Robin) Risseuuw, Tricia Waddell (Jeff Simpson), and Travis Waddell; seven great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. Beryl lived life to the fullest on the farm north of Gleichen for many years. She loved her golfing and was golfing right up to the late fall of 2012. She especially enjoyed her grandchildren and great-grandchildren and followed all of their sports, whether it was hockey or figure skating. Beryl loved travelling and was fortunate enough to go on many wonderful cruises and vacations with all of her family and friends. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, January 9, 2013 at Lord of All Lutheran Church, Strathmore at 2:00 p.m. To send condolences, please visit www.wheatlandfuneralhome.ca.
