Obituary of Gary Hutton Turnbull

TURNBULL, Gary Hutton May 5, 1944 – March 17, 2018 Gary broke free from Parkinson’s on Saturday, March 17, 2018. Husband, father, brother, friend, he was the giant whose shoulders we stand upon. He is survived by his wife, Peggie; daughter, Allison Turnbull; son, Philip (Kristin) Turnbull and their children, Kaeden and Kylie; sister, Donna Will; brother, Keith (Kathleen) Turnbull; as well as Gary’s dog, Satchmo. The family are grateful for the many kind souls who crossed Gary’s path. Special thanks to the nurses and staff at both the Strathmore Hospital and Sagewood Nursing Home. An extra special thanks to nephew, Bill Rock and his wife Kim who were invaluable support during this time. As per Gary’s wishes, there will be no funeral at this time.
