Obituary of Anna Claire WHITFORD

WHITFORD, Anna Anna Whitford (nee Courville) passed away peacefully on August 11, 2012 after a lengthy struggle with cancer. She was pre-deceased by her husband Ray and her son Dennis. Anna is survived by her brothers Don and Larry Courville; children Tim, Don, Cindy, and Clayton; grandchildren Amy and Sam Shackleton, children of Cindy, Shannon Kwong, Lisa Whitford, and Melissa and Kayla Whitford, children of Don, Amanda Whitford, daughter of Clayton, and Caprice Whitford, daughter of Tim. Anna enjoyed the outdoors and camped often. She loved her children and grandchildren and spent lots of time with them all. She was known by all as a kind and loving person. A memorial service will be held Thursday, August 16, 2012 at Lord of All Lutheran Church, Strathmore at 11:00 a.m. To send condolences, please visit www.wheatlandfuneralhome.ca.
