Obituary of James Cecil RHEUBOTTOM

RHEUBOTTOM, Jim October 30, 1956 – June 18, 2012 With sadness we announce that Jim passed away peacefully at the Strathmore Hospital with his family at his side. He will be dearly remembered and missed by his wife Linda; their children Sarah and Erin; his mother Ida O’Shaughnessy and her husband Larry; his brother Tom Rheubottom and wife Dory, with their children Derrick and Sandy of Ontario; his sister Heather Pauli and husband Ken, with their children Victoria and Daniel of Calgary; and many other relatives and dear friends. Jim moved to Calgary in 1977 to pursue his career and his love of skiing. In 1999 Jim, Linda and their girls moved to Langdon and Jim continued to work in the City with Ronaco Industries. These were happy years for Jim; he had what he valued most: his family, many great friends and the opportunity to be involved with his community. There is no better friend any of us could have. Many thanks for the tender care given to Jim by the nurses and staff at Strathmore Hospital and at Rockyview General Hospital in Calgary.
