Obituary of Dorothy Lillian Stinn

STINN, Dorothy Lillian It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, Dorothy Lillian Stinn (nee Schmaltz) who passed away peacefully on February 17, 2018 at Strathmore, AB. Dorothy was born February 17, 1935 in Beiseker, AB. She is survived by her husband Benard of 64 years; four children, Diane (Milton), Keith (Wendy), Leroy (Ellen), and Ivan (Tricia); twelve grandchildren, sixteen great-grandchildren; three sisters, Angela (Ed), Florence, and Patricia (Larry), and a brother Doug (Valerie); sister-in-law Edna; as well as numerous other relatives and many friends. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday, February 22, 2018 at Hope Community Covenant Church (245 Brent Blvd, Strathmore) at 11:00 a.m. following the luncheon, inurnment will take place at St. Rita’s Cemetery, Rockyford, AB.
