Obituary of Andrew SHERSTABETOFF

SHERSTABETOFF, Andy Andy was born August 15, 1949 in High River Alberta and passed away suddenly Nov. 14, 2017 in Anaheim, California. He is survived by his wife Ruth Ann and sons Will (Jen) Ben and Riley, Jason (Justina) Aubrey and Brynn and Steven and his extended family Pete (Beth), Lucy, Irene, Dennis (Deb), Yvonne(Ken), Debbie (Lee) and Michael (Christine) and numerous nieces and nephews. Andy was raised on the farm in Mossleigh. He went to school in Mossleigh and then to Vulcan for high school. After attending SAIT Andy returned to the farm where he continued to work. Processing cattle became his second job until 2016. Andy loved sports, he played hockey and baseball. He either coached or watched his boys in all their sports and then continued that tradition to cheer on his grandkids. He loved showing all the grandkids his beard. Andy loved the farm, fishing, holidays, high school reunions, playing cards, listening to old rock and roll music. Andy was a man of few words. Andy and the boys went fishing for salmon, golfing when they could and celebrated his 65th birthday at the Blue Jays games in Seattle.
