Obituary of Barrett William Fredrickson

Barrett William Fredrickson, age 26, passed away unexpectedly on April 28^th, 2018. He was born in Strathmore, Alberta, on January 15, 1992 to his loving parents, Rod and Marie, and older sister Leslie.  Barrett grew up in Bowden, Alberta where he fully realized his passion for hockey.  He had a true love for the game and spent many years playing with his friends and making memories. In more recent times, Barrett was very proud of his work with Galloway Oilfield Construction and talked often of how happy he was working there.  Barrett will be deeply missed by his mother, Marie Flowers; father, Rod Fredrickson; sister, Leslie Fredrickson; and niece, Emery.  The loss of Barrett is also felt by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.  He was predeceased by maternal grandparents Frank and Rachel Flowers; paternal grandparents William and Marion Fredrickson; and aunt, Brenda Flowers.  A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, May 5, 2018 at the Lions Hall in Bowden, Alberta at 2:00 p.m.  In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation directly to the charity of your choice.
