Obituary of Glenn Leonard Moench

Glenn passed away at his home in Carseland on April 10, 2018 following a lengthy battle with cancer. He is survived by his kids, Carrie Ayers and Robin Duncalf (Lionel); his grandchildren, Ethan and Avery Duncalf; his siblings, Darlene, Dixie, Randy, Garry, Todd and Darcy as well as numerous nieces and nephews.  Glenn worked for Waylon Transport (Devon, AB) for 21 years before moving on to Watt & Stewart (Claresholm, AB).  He drove until December of 2016 when he was forced to “clean out his truck” due to illness. Glenn was an easy going guy and made friends easily.  He enjoyed camping, cooking, family, and just visiting.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made directly to the Tom Baker Cancer Centre (1331 – 29 St. NW, Calgary T2N 4N2) Funeral services will be held on Friday, April 20, 2018 at Lord of All Lutheran Church (112 Lakeside Blvd, Strathmore) at 11:00 a.m.
