Obituary of Daniel Elden Pederson

Danny was born on May 30, 1957 in Whitewood, Saskatchewan to mother Phyllis and father Bjarne.  Danny grew up in Standard, Alberta where he got his schooling as well.  He later moved to Gleichen, Alberta where his parents were and he bought himself a cute little home.  Danny had many jobs both around Standard and Gleichen.  He really enjoyed working at Clay’s Service in Gleichen and was there for many years.  Danny later moved to Strathmore, Alberta into Sagewood where he lived his last two years.  Danny leaves to mourn his mother Phyllis, sisters Debbie, and Yvonne (Rick); brothers Ron (Donna), and Gary; his niece and caregiver Jenny and her family, as well as all his other nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews who he greatly adored, and all his many friends both on and off the Reserve that we would like to recognize.  Danny was predeceased by his Dad Bjarne Pederson, brother Gordon Pederson and great nephew Robby Jones as well as grandparents and numerous other relatives.  Danny will be greatly missed by all as he touched many hearts. A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 6, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at Phyllis Pederson’s home (412 Gleichen St., Gleichen, Alberta).
